Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:
   • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
2. Community Management:
   • Develop and manage online communities to foster engagement and build brand loyalty.
3. Content Creation:
   • Create compelling content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, infographics.
   • Self-shoot, edit, and post content on Instagram.
4. Reel Creation:
   • Be comfortable around the camera and make engaging reels.
5. Performance Analysis:
   • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to track campaign effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
6. Trend Monitoring:
   • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to inform content strategies and campaign ideas.
7. Leadership Skills:
   • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
8. Content Calendar Management:
   • Professionally create and manage a monthly content calendar.
