Software Development Engineer

Western Digital is hiring for the position of Software Development Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan the coverage of the product functionalities
• Analyze cross-feature relationships and select an appropriate testing strategy
• Develop tests using the Python framework
• Direct activities invalidation function to meet standards and schedules
• Gain technical hands-on and failure analysis
• Work with teams in India, Israel, and the US

Requirements:

• Engineering Graduate or Masters in Computer Science or Electronics or Instrumentation Electronics
• A practical engineer or Bachelor's degree in Science is required
• 2-5 years of QA experience
• 1+ years of Python hands-on experience is an advantage
• Experience with git is an advantage
• Good verbal communication skills
