Blue Yonder is hiring for the role of Software Engineer - Workday HCM Consultant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Understands and analyses business requirements and assists in design for accuracy and completeness.
- Develops and maintains WD HCM modules
- Demonstrates good understanding of the product and owns one or more modules
- Core responsibilities include analyze business requirements and designs for accuracy and completeness. Maintains WD HCM operational activities
Requirements:
- BE/B. Tech or MBA with 2 to 3 years of experience in WD HCM.
- Experience in maintaining the WD HCM tenant by handling tickets on different modules of HCM.
- Develops and maintains relevant product and domain knowledge
- Develops and executes Unit Tests
- Follows standard processes and procedures
- Identifies reusable components
- Ensures that the configuration is delivered as per the requirement by analysing the RCA
- Identifies and resolves configuration bugs
- Adheres to the performance benchmark based on pre-defined requirements
- Plans and prioritises work
- Proactively reports all activities to the reporting managers
- Proactively seeks assistance as required
- Provide assistance or guidance to the new members of the team
- Demonstrates problem-solving and innovation ability.
- Participates in company technical evaluations and coding challenges.
