Cleartax is hiring for the role of Support Executive - L1!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide first-line support via inbound calls and emails, troubleshooting issues for timely resolutions.
- Engage with clients to understand and reproduce issues, reviewing screenshots and error logs.
- Document customer interactions and resolution steps in the CRM.
- Collaborate with peers and escalate unresolved issues to L2 support.
- Communicate solutions in non-technical terms to enhance customer understanding.
- Identify recurring issues and propose technological improvements to reduce ticket volume.
Requirements:
- Customer-first mindset with empathy and constructive communication.
- Eager to learn and adapt to changes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Ability to translate customer problems into actionable inputs for Product and Engineering teams.
- Any graduate (Commerce background preferred).
- Experience in SaaS technical support is a plus

About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Draft basic emails
2. Handle around 80-100 tickets a day
3. Handle around 80-120 calls
