Peepal Consulting is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Consultant!

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidates will possess self-confidence coupled with a willingness to learn and apply new skills and concepts. They should have strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a self-motivated approach with a focus on work ethics and creativity.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet the organization's staffing needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional associations, to source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fitment and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry professionals for future staffing needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and offer negotiation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires and facilitate effective communication between new employees and their managers.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and provide regular reports to management.
  • Meet defined performance metrics consistently.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus
  • We are open to considering candidates from other backgrounds with a high level of interest in the Talent Acquisition field
