Bank of America is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Representative!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- The individual will hire for early careers talent, including interns and fresh graduates from campus and recent graduates with up to 2 years of experience
- They will help the team to manage the end-to-end campus recruiting process for intern and full-time Analyst programs across all LOBs
- Build strong partnership with LOB representatives and campus program sponsors. Consult with these key stakeholders throughout the recruiting season to plan a successful recruiting strategy
- Streamline recruiting efforts to ensure a candidate pipeline that supports the early careers hiring needs of all LOBs
- Build and maintain relationships with target universities in India
- Manage candidate review and interview process for both Intern and Full-Time programs including resume review, video interview, and final round interview. Liaise with candidates throughout the end-to-end hiring process including sharing timeline, confirming interview logistics, and communicating offer details
- Facilitate the onboarding processes in conjunction with Recruiting Coordinators
- Plan and execute 10-week Summer Internship Program in collaboration with broader campus team and business leaders including a mentor program, performance review process and end-of-summer offer process.
- Plan and attend intern training, events and activities where appropriate
- Partner with regional campus team on best practices and to ensure that campus programs and initiatives run in-country align with regional priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Must have client management experience, with the ability to influence internal clients & stakeholders and provide consultative services
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational savvy; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner
- Must have strong communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to explain results of complex analysis at a level that resonates across many different audiences
- Previous experience developing concise and effective presentations, assimilating complex data into a results-based story and effectively presenting the results. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems
- Self-motivation, superior sense of urgency, and ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously
- Thoughtful and demonstrates good judgment; strong decision-making skills
- Unquestionable business and personal integrity, and values congruent with those of the organization
- Previous campus recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
