NxtWave is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Own the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding across multiple functions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3+ recruiters, ensuring goal alignment and consistent performance.
- Devise data-driven hiring strategies to fulfill business demands effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights.
- Leverage portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Regularly review and enhance recruitment practices, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
- Maintain hiring dashboards and ensure all hiring practices adhere to compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of total experience, with at least 1.5 years in a team lead role (managing 3+ team members).
- Prior experience in EdTech or high-growth startups preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Proven experience handling bulk and lateral hiring with short TATs.
