Kyndryl India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Technical Support Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Create and modify host connections to storage devices.
- Initial configuration of storage devices including Array, rank, pool creation
- Create & Manage thin-provisioned volumes & configuring threshold alerts based on customer requirements.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of storage to host connectivity including host side HBA card card status & multipath driver recommendations.
- Perform zoning & un-zoning activities in SAN Fabrics
- Perform SAN port activities like enabling, disabling, change of speed & mode.
- Perform Fabric troubleshooting & port error analysis.
- Perform ISL activities with proper planning and interop checks.
- Perform storage BCV operations including Flash copy, Remote copy configurations.
- Plan and coordinate for storage firmware upgrade activities involving multipath validations & pre-checks in heterogeneous environments.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
- Experience with Cisco Nexus and IOS technologies
- Experience with F5 ASM and LTM configuration and troubleshootingCreating & Assigning Volumes to hosts based on guidelines.
- Able to raise case with Vendor / OEM for hardware failures & critical cases and should be able to escalate as required.
- Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent process.
