Tekla Detailing & AutoCAD Detailer

About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Tekla Detailer, AutoCAD Draftsman & PEB Design Engineer to join our team. This is a fully remote, permanent opportunity for professionals who excel in structural detailing and have hands-on experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed structural and steel drawings using Tekla Structures and AutoCAD
• Design and detail Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) including primary and secondary members
• Develop GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings
• Perform load calculations and basic structural analysis for PEB structures
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings with high accuracy
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and project stakeholders for design clarifications
• Conduct quality checks to ensure precision and consistency in deliverables
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Tekla detailing, AutoCAD drafting, and PEB design
• Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures and AutoCAD
• Hands-on experience in PEB design and detailing
• Understanding of structural engineering concepts, load calculations, and steel connections
• Familiarity with international codes/standards (IS, AISC, etc.) is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with design tools like STAAD, ETABS, or similar
• Knowledge of connection design and estimation for steel structures
• Exposure to international projects
