Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Call clients with upcoming motor insurance renewals (15–30 days due).
- Understand individual needs and provide quotes from multiple general insurers.
- Clearly explain benefits, add-ons, and premium options.
- Handle objections, build rapport, and guide clients toward the most suitable policy.
- Maintain follow-ups and professional relationship management.
- Update call logs and ensure high conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
- A positive, target-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is a plus (training provided).
- Comfortable using phone and CRM/lead tracking tools.
- Freshers are welcome! Prior experience in telesales or renewals is an advantage.
- Must be available for full-time work (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM) in our Surat office.
