Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects.
- Present and explain products or services to potential clients effectively.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Experience with Loans and Financial Services
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to provide tailored solutions
- Proven Sales skills within a financial context
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of taxation and insurance processes related to loans is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
