Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch relevant offerings.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Record customer interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
