Role Overview:

  • Responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to promote products/services
  • Plays a key role in lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion
  • Focuses on building relationships and achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries
  • Promote products/services and generate leads
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed performance targets (calls, leads, conversions)
  • Conduct follow-ups to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred)
  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma (degree in marketing or related field is a plus)
