Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact potential customers via phone to generate leads and promote Shaadi.com's premium membership plans.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Shaadi.com and address customer queries and concerns.
- Build rapport with potential customers and establish trust to convert them into paying members.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Stay updated on Shaadi.com's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software.
