LPO Holidays is hiring for the role of Tour Manager for Backend Consultant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Engage with potential and existing guest to understand their travel preferences and dream destinations.
- Provide personalized recommendations and itineraries based on customer interests and budget.
- Promote our tour packages, excursions, and additional services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads and inquiries into bookings.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource to guide Guest in choosing the perfect destination for their dream vacation.
- Follow up with guest throughout the booking process and after their trip to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize our CRM tools to manage guest profiles, preferences, and interactions.
- Implement strategies for guest retention and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new destinations, and travel products.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance sales team product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Tourism Management, or a related field.Proven experience in tour management and back-office operations, with a minimum of 5- 10 years in the travel industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of travel industry regulations and compliance.
