Merck Group is hiring interns for the role of Track & Trace Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Serve as a technical expert/analyst in Serialization and Track & Trace.
- Contribute to the integration of partners/customers into the Track & Trace platform.
- Facilitate integration between L2, L3, and L4 systems and participate in validation activities.
- Coordinate with multiple service providers for Track & Trace solutions.
- Support projects aimed at implementing Track & Trace.
- Manage inbound and outbound flow, monitor queues, and support incident/ticket management
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Track & Trace analyst or technical expert/consultant.
- Experience working in international teams (EU/USA).
- Familiarity with processes in pharmaceutical packaging, warehouse operations, and distribution.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization and Track & Trace.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and standards (GS1, EPCIS, etc.).
- Proficient in using the TraceLink Track & Trace platform.
- Experience with the Systech-PCE Line Management system.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of processes and requirements for implementing software in regulated environments, particularly GMP.
