Travel Agent / Consultant

Trovoco Holidays is hiring for the role of Travel Agent / Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Research and recommend destinations, itineraries, and travel arrangements.
• Book flights, hotels, and other travel services.
• Handle travel logistics, including visas, insurance, and transportation.
• Provide clients with travel information and advice.
• Resolve travel issues and emergencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Stay up-to-date on travel trends and industry developments.
• Market and sell travel products and services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience as a travel agent or in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of travel industry software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for travel and a desire to help others plan their dream vacations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate travel or luxury travel.
• Foreign language proficiency.
• Certification from a recognized travel agent association.
