UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and driven UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our creative team! Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that align with design principles and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, and other designers) to create designs that improve the user experience.
• Ensure consistency and quality of designs across platforms and devices.
• Leverage UI libraries like Material UI, ShadCN, or similar to streamline design processes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and improve functionality.
• Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Assist the development team by preparing design assets, specifications, and providing design support during the implementation phase.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong experience in web design, including responsive design principles.
• Proficiency with UI libraries such as Material UI, ShadCN, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for designing interactive prototypes.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Knowledge of modern design trends, such as Material Design, Fluent Design, or iOS Human

Interface Guidelines:

• Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with design systems and version control (Git, for example).
• Familiarity with animation tools (e.g., Lottie) for UI motion design.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
