Internship Profile:
● Business Development Executive
● Customer Success Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development Executive:
- In-depth understanding of Uolo product integrated solution and its impact on student learning and schools management.
- Creation of school acquisition pipeline and active followup
- Understanding the school owner persona and requirement to pitch the appropriate solution matching their needs.
- To present a Uolo app demo (online) to school owner or principal
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to bring the schools on the Uolo Platform.
- Continuous follow-up with the schools for the usage of the Uolo Platform and address any doubt/query related to the Uolo product.
- Maintain the CRM with timely and accurate information.
- Support the KAM team in transition from signing up the school till operationalization.
- Maintain strong industry knowledge which included but not limited to competitive offerings customer aspirations (School Owners, Teachers, Parent, Students)
- Adherence to the process
Customer Success Manager:
- Identifying customers’ needs and up-selling our offerings. - Collect client feedback about their experience.
- Develop relationships with clients and key personnel. - Solve complaints of the clients or elevate them to the relevant departments.
- Provide necessary training to new customers and existing customers if needed.
Skills Required:
- Business Development Executive
- Excellent Communication, Presentations and should be very comfortable in using mobile apps
- Customer Success Manager
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to network and build relationships.
- Can be fluent in English.
Intent of Recruitment or Training/Internship. – Internship leading to full-time employment provided your performance meets all benchmarks.
Duration: 3 Months
Perks and Remuneration: 15K + 5K for initial 3 months Remuneration Range for full time - Depend on Performance Type of internship: Work From Office
