As we continue to expand and redefine the industry, we are seeking dedicated Senior US Technical Recruiters to hire the best candidates in the market as per client and market demand to deliver quality service to our vendors and clients.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify, source, and recruit top talent for technical positions including software engineers, SRE, Cloud Engineer, DevOps, and Salesforce.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing methods, including online job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit.
• Demonstrate expertise in US tax terms, H1b transfer processes, and other work visas, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Drive the negotiation process, offering competitive compensation packages to secure high-caliber candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Actively participate in IT and technical communities to stay updated on industry trends and connect with potential candidates.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter in the US IT Recruitment Domain
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C), H1b transfer processes, and various US work visas
• Technical background and the ability to assess and screen technical candidates effectively
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment
• Experience with sourcing candidates using various platforms and networking
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Comfortable for working in US Shift (8 AM EST – 5 PM EST)
