Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle IT requirements from US-based clients.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Source potential candidates through job portals such as Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, and Yahoo Hot Jobs, and post job listings on these platforms.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, vendors, recruiters, and the offshore team.
- Provide weekly progress reports to management.
