Barclays is hiring for the role of VP Product Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Be the accountable lead for card products and will act as an SME for numerous processes, controls and capabilities across cards
- Use data and insights requirements for enacting change across cards
- Conduct ongoing review of standard reports and MI and automate high priority asks
- Assist in managing all key BUK card-related BAU activity including stock management, forecasting, transaction authorization
- Engage with internal BUK team based across multi-sites and some engagement with external providers [i.e. schemes such as Visa and Mastercard]
- Work alongside and provide business direction to project managers and technical SME’s, business analysts, and solutions architects.
- Collaborate with all Product Managers for debit cards to ensure all areas covered by the wider team run smoothly and can be covered during times of absence.
- Help maintain card relationships for all ‘Run The Bank’ activities with strategic card scheme provider
- Manage a wider team supporting key processes
- Be capable of consolidating complex and data based information into insights and actionable outcomes for Senior Management
Requirements:
