Web Designer

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

1. Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with brand guidelines and user needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing professionals, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
3. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
4. Stay abreast of current web design trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutions to enhance user experience.
5. Optimize website performance for various devices and browsers, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
6. Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards.
7. Contribute to the development of a cohesive and engaging online presence for Prachas Technologies.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills.
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma.
3. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write clean and maintainable code.
4. Experience with responsive web design principles and best practices.
5. Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
6. Strong visual design sense with an eye for detail and a commitment to creating high-quality work.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
