About the Opportunity: We are seeking a YouTube Marketing Specialist to join our team at CreatorTube. This role focuses on developing strategies to grow and manage YouTube channels for our clients, optimize content for maximum reach, and build strong audience engagement. Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and implement YouTube growth strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and thumbnails for SEO.
- Track and analyze performance using YouTube Studio and other analytics tools.
- Conduct competitor and trend research to guide content strategy.
- Plan and execute YouTube ad campaigns and collaborations with influencers/creators.
- Engage with the audience through comments, community posts, and polls.
- Stay updated with YouTube algorithms, updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms, and content optimization.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio, Google Ads, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design growth strategies for clients.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in YouTube marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
