Round 1 - Online Prelims
This is the online prelims! 20 questions, 25 minutes. All the best!
Round 2 - Offline Prelims
This will be a Offline round. Shortlisted teams will be informed and have to be present at the NMIMS Mumbai campus on 1 November 2025. Timings will be intimated later.
Round 3 - Offline Finale
The top 6 to 8 teams from the offline prelims will battle it out for the Business of Brands Champion Title!

Business of Brands (BoB) is the flagship business quiz of Mantavya, the Quizzing and Literary Cell of the School of Business Management, NMIMS Mumbai.
A celebration of everything unique, quirky and interesting about the world of business, from how famous companies came to be, to all the jargon we use to sound cool.
BoB challenges participants to think beyond the obvious and dive deep into everything the biz-world has to offer, from iconic companies to fictional enterprises.
Event Structure:
- Online Prelims (Unstop)
- Quiz Window: 7:30 PM, 22 October 2025 TO 10:30 PM, 23 October 2025
- Format: 20 written-answer questions (non-MCQ)
- Duration: 25 minutes
- The Top 75 teams from this round will qualify for the offline prelims.
- Results announced on 23 October 2025 (EOD)
- Offline Prelims
- Date: 1 November 2025
- Venue: SBM NMIMS, Mumbai
- From here, 6–8 teams will move on to the final round.
- Offline Finals
- Held immediately after the offline prelims on 1 November 2025.
General Guidelines:
- Theme: “Business” — anything and everything related to the business world, both real and fictional.
- The online prelims must be attempted within the given quiz window
- On-spot registrations on 1 November 2025 will be allowed for non-college teams.
- These teams will face a slightly more challenging offline prelim to maintain competitive balance.
- The decisions of the Quizmaster and Team Mantavya shall be final and binding in all matters.
Eligibility:
- Open to all — college students, school students, and working professionals.
- Inter-college/school/organisation teams are allowed.
- Teams can consist of 1 to 3 members.

About Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies
- NMIMS, named after the intrepid entrepreneur the Late Narsee Monjee, made a humble beginning in 1981 as a Management Institute of the Mumbai University. Over the years, it has developed as a citadel of management thought and learning.
- In 2002-03, NMIMS was granted the Deemed to be University (as per UGC Norms) status, by the MHRD, Government of India on the basis of the significant amount of work and recognition as one of the top business schools in India.
