Business Quiz Championship 2026

Eligibility:

• Open to Undergraduate (UG) students
• Students from all streams are eligible
• Participation is allowed only in teams of 2 members
• Both team members must belong to the same institution

Registration Details:

• Registration is free of cost
• Only one registration per team is allowed
• Teams must complete registration before the deadline (31st March 2026, 11:59 PM)
• Ensure all details entered are accurate and valid
• All communication will be shared via Unstop and registered email IDs

Event Structure:

• The competition consists of 3 rounds:
• Round 1: Online Preliminary Round (28 march - 2nd april)
  • Mode: Online (Unstop / Google Form)
  • Duration: 20–30 minutes
  • Format: 30 MCQs
  • Topics:
    • Business & Economy
    • Current Affairs (last 12 months)
    • Startups
    • Finance
    • Technology & AI
  • Open to all registered teams
  • Top-performing teams qualify for Round 2
  • Participation certificates for all
• Round 2: Written Elimination Round (3rd april)
  • Mode: Online (Quizmaster-led)
  • Only shortlisted teams will participate
  • Focus areas:
    • Business awareness
    • Analytical thinking
    • Logical reasoning
  • Top 24 teams (6 per zone × 4 zones) qualify for the finale
• Round 3: Grand Finale (Offline)

    • Buzzer rounds
    • Visual/audio questions
    • Case-based questions
  • 24 teams → Top 8 finalists

Prizes & Perks:

• Winner: ₹50,000 + Trophy
• Runner-up: ₹30,000
• Audience Winners: ₹2,000 each

• Travel reimbursement up to ₹3,000 (for finalists)

General Guidelines:

• Teams must strictly consist of 2 members
• No changes in team composition after registration
• Participants must ensure timely participation in all rounds
• Use of fair means is mandatory
• Participants must follow all instructions shared by organizers

Technical Guidelines:

• Ensure a stable internet connection for online rounds
• Use a laptop/mobile with updated browser
• Keep camera/mic ready if required for verification
• Organizers are not responsible for technical issues from the participant’s side

Rules & Regulations:

• Any form of cheating, malpractice, or unfair means will result in immediate disqualification
• Multiple registrations by the same participant are not allowed
• Late entries will not be entertained once a round begins
• In case of a tie, tie-breaker questions/criteria will be applied
• The quizmaster’s and organizers’ decision will be final and binding

Certificates:

• All participants will receive Participation Certificates
• Finalists and winners will receive Merit Certificates

Travel & Accommodation:

• Travel reimbursement up to ₹3,000 (for finalists only)
• Further details regarding accommodation (if provided) will be shared with shortlisted teams
