Inquizitive 2025: Stages and Timelines
Preliminary Round: Quiz 1
Registrants will be required to take a 5-minute quiz consisting of 10 questions based on general knowledge and the HR domain. Participants will be evaluated on speed and accuracy.
Intermediate Round: Quiz 2
Shortlisted participants will be required to take a 5-minute quiz consisting of 10 questions based on general knowledge and the HR domain. Participants will be evaluated on speed and accuracy.
Advanced Round: Quiz 3
Shortlisted participants from Round 1 will take a 10-minute quiz featuring HR domain scenarios, evaluated based on speed and accuracy.
The top 10 finalists will be declared and will move forward based on the cumulative scores of Quiz 2 and Quiz 3.
CII HR Conclave 2025
The 10 finalists will compete against each other at the CII HR Conclave 2025 in Delhi, where they will be quizzed live by a Quizmaster. Finalists will be responsible for managing their own travel and stay.
All that you need to know about Inquizitive 2025
CII is conducting the ‘Inquizitive’ quiz for HR professionals who aspire to be part of the nexus evolving around AI practices in the HR and business domain. Centered around the theme Human Capital 4.0: Crafting People Strategies for a Disrupted World, this quiz will explore how the rapid evolution of technology, changing workforce dynamics, and the rise of digital transformation are reshaping the nature of work.
Eligibility: Early to mid-level HR professionals (Age: Below 35)
Structure:
Preliminary Round – Quiz 1:
- Registrants will be required to take a 5-minute quiz consisting of 10 questions based on general knowledge and the HR domain. Participants will be evaluated on speed and accuracy.
- They will be ranked based on their score (accuracy) and time taken to answer the questions. If two participants have the same score, the one who answered their last question earlier will be ranked higher.
Intermediate Round – Quiz 2:
- Registrants will be required to take a 5-minute quiz consisting of 10 questions based on general knowledge and the HR domain.
- Participants who qualify from this round will advance to the Advanced Round – Quiz 3.
Advanced Round – Quiz 3:
- Registrants will be required to take a 5-minute quiz consisting of 10 questions based on general knowledge and the HR domain.
- The top 10 finalists will be declared and will move forward based on the cumulative scores of Quiz 2 and Quiz 3.
CII HR Conclave 2025:
- The 10 finalists will compete against each other at the CII HR Conclave 2025 in Delhi, where they will be quizzed live by a Quizmaster.

Exciting Rewards:
- The winner will be awarded an Amazon Echo Dot.
