Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI) Post-Graduate Scholarship Program 2023-24

Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI) Post-Graduate Scholarship Program 2023-24 is an opportunity offered by the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI), Bangkok. The program invites applications from graduate students under 30 years of age. The purpose of this scholarship is to support the study of students willing to pursue a Master’s degree at Chulabhorn Graduate Institute. Selected students will receive tuition and other academic fees, accommodation, round trip airfare, monthly stipend, book allowance, health insurance, and other benefits. 

Eligibility:

To be eligible, an applicant must:

• be below 30 years of age 
• hold a bachelor's degree with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 (on 4 point scale) in one of the following fields -
  • Sciences: Chemistry, Biology, Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Environmental Sciences
  • Medical Sciences: Medicine, Medical Technology
  • Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • (Note- Applicants from other related fields are also welcome to apply)

• have experience in scientific laboratory research
• have demonstrated English proficiency, preferably TOEFL or IELTS
• provide a statement of purpose explaining the interest in the study
• be applying to postgraduate studies in one of the following fields: 
  • Environmental Health 
  • Environmental Toxicology
  • Chemical Science
• have an annual family income of less than INR 4,50,000

Note - Applicants who have achieved a CGPA of 6.88 or higher on a 10-point scale are eligible to apply. Alternatively, candidates who have obtained a percentage of 68.8% or above in their last qualifying examination are also eligible to apply.

Benefits:

A total of 15 Scholarships in total are being offered by the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI) and out of these 5 scholarships will be offered to Indian students. This scholarship will cover the following expenses:
