About the Program:

This is a plan for students of government, government-funded and non-affiliated colleges/polytechnics entering the vocational courses set by the government, whose students are certified by the competent authority, as marginal farmers or whose parents are registered labourers.

Eligibility:

• Applicant should have a Nationality of India.
• Candidate should be Domicile of Maharashtra State.
• Applicant should be a” Bonafide Student of the Institute” and admitted for Professional and Technical courses (Diploma / Graduation / Post Graduation Degree) as mentioned in GR
• Deemed Universities and Private universities are not applicable
• Candidates should be admitted through a Centralized Admission Process (CAP).
• Applicant should not avail of any other scholarship/stipend.
• For the current Academic Year, Only 2 children from the family are allowed to benefit from the scheme.
• The Total Annual Income of the Family / Guardian should not be more than 8 Lakhs.
• Minimum 50% attendance in the previous semester (Except for fresh admission to College).
• During the course duration, the candidate should not have a gap of 2 or more than 2 years.
• Candidates are those who have been admitted under the General category and SEBC Category

Benefits:

• For a child of Registered Labor / Alpabhudharak (Marginal Land Holder).
  • For institute in MMRDA / PMRDA / Aurangabad City / Nagpur City- Rs.30,000/- for 10 months.
  • For institutes in another area Rs.20,000/- for 10 months.
• For Annual Family income up to 8 Lakhs.
  • For institute in MMRDA / PMRDA/ Aurangabad City / Nagpur City- Rs.10,000/- for 10 months.
  • For institutes in another area Rs.8,000/- for 10 months.
