All that you need to know about Eklavya Scholarship, Maharashtra 2024-25
About The Program:
Eklavya Scholarship, Maharashtra 2024-25 is an opportunity offered by the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra to provide financial assistance to graduates in Law, Arts, Commerce, and Science streams who have been admitted to postgraduate degree courses. Selected scholars will receive a one-time merit-based financial assistance of ₹5,000.
Eligibility:
To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be a graduate domiciled in Maharashtra
- Have secured a minimum of 60% marks in Law, Commerce, or Arts, and 70% in Science, from a recognized Maharashtra institution/university
- Have an annual family income of ₹75,000 or less
- Not be employed part-time or full-time
Note: Students studying outside Maharashtra are ineligible.
Benefits:
- Selected scholars will receive a one-time merit-based financial assistance of ₹5,000.
Documents:
- Income certificate issued by Tahsildar
- Marksheet and certificates of the last qualifying examination
- Domicile certificate
