INSPIRE Awards MANAK Scheme 2023-24

INSPIRE Awards MANAK Scheme 2023-24 is an opportunity offered to students studying in Classes 6 to 10. The scheme is a flagship program implemented by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Ministry of Science and Technology (Government of India) with a basic objective to instill creative/innovative thinking among school students. The scheme motivates the students to take their innovative ideas forward for prototype and product development. The selected students will receive an award of INR 10,000 (one-time).

Eligibility:

Under this scheme, schools can nominate the 5 best original ideas/innovations of students. The nominated student must:

• be in the age group of 10-15 years
• be studying in Class 6 to 10

Application Procedure:

The schools can submit the nomination of a candidate by following the below-mentioned steps -

1. Click on the 'Register' button on the right-hand side of the opportunity page, which will redirect you to the official notification page.
2. Now, navigate to the 'For New Registration - Click Here' option and click it. (Note - The schools who are already registered, kindly login using valid credentials.)
3. Fill in all the necessary details to complete the registration process.
4. After successful registration, select 'Student Nomination'.
5. Fill in the details of the student, upload the photograph, and submit it to generate the acknowledgment.

Rewards:

• The selected students will receive an award of INR 10,000 (one-time).
