MCAER Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Yojna (EBC) Students, Maharashtra 2023-24

About:

MCAER Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Yojna (EBC) Students, Maharashtra 2023-24 is an initiative of the Maharashtra Council Of Agriculture Education And Research (MCAER), Government of Maharashtra to provide financial assistance to EBC (Economic Backward Class) students enrolled in a professional, non-professional and technical diploma/degree/postgraduate courses. The selected students will receive a reimbursement of 50% of tuition fees and 50% of exam fees.

Eligibility:

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• Be a domicile of Maharashtra
• Have taken admission to a professional/non-professional/technical course (diploma/graduation/postgraduation degree) in a recognized institution
• Be admitted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP)
• Have taken admission under the General category and Socially and Economically Backward Classes (SEBC) category 
• Have an annual family income of not more than ₹8,00,000
• Have a minimum of 50% attendance in the previous semester (except freshly admitted students)

Benefits:

• The selected students will receive a reimbursement of 50% on tuition fees and 50% on exam fees.
