Eligibility:

• Eligible Countries: All Indian and foreign national students can apply
• Eligible Course or Subjects: Students can take up a Ph.D. in basic Science, Engineering, Medicine and Agriculture
• Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/ given criteria:
  • The applicants must be Indian nationals, Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) and foreign nationals
  • The applicants must be Ph.D. degree holders within three years of the award of a Ph.D. degree or must have submitted Ph.D. theses
  • The applicants must be no more than 32 years of age

Benefits:

The selected candidates will be paid a consolidated fellowship of Indian Rs. 65,000/- per month plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) as admissible and a contingency grant of Rs. 3.0 lakh per annum for up to 2 years.
