What is Unstop Mentorship?
Unstop Mentorship is a platform to provide mentors like you with all the tools that would enable you to connect with your audience through 1:1 sessions - to share your knowledge and monetise your time better. Just create your profile, add your services, availability and charges; and share your link. Your mentees can now book a session to connect with you.
How can I become an Unstop mentor?
Well, that’s not hard. Follow along:-
- First, fill out the registration form to help us know you better.
- Second, add other necessary details regarding your availability, sessions and payments.
- Amazing, you’ve successfully signed up as a Mentor on Unstop! Your profile would now be live in private mode. You can start sharing your profile link to accept bookings.
As you do that, our team will take 48 hours to screen your profile before we decide to make it public on our platform.
What are the approval criteria to be a mentor?
The team at Unstop will go through your previous work experience, qualifications and your skills. Based on your background you’ll be selected to mentor for the skills selected by you. If you think that you have relevant skills in any of the domains like technology, business or general, just go ahead and apply to become a mentor!
Can I conduct paid sessions?
Of course! On Unstop, mentors can conduct both, free and paid sessions, as per their choice.
What are the general requirements for becoming a growth mentor?
- Relevant skills as per the mentee’s ambitions
- Counseling skills including active listening and a non-judgemental approach
- Sensitivity and understanding
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
