Advice (tips) to students exploring a career at PepsiCo

Davis Jose (Management Trainee- HR), Debolina Bhattacharya (Management Trainee- Sales) and Monika Mishra (Management Trainee- Sales) share pieces of advice to management students who are keen to join PepsiCo.

Davis Jose advice students to have continuous perseverance for learning. They should not limit their learning journey at any point in time. They should always look for implementable solutions to the problems in the real world scenario.

Debolina Bhattacharya advice the students to take up any challenge with open arms. They should not shy away from any responsibility and also ensure that they are not resistant to any form of change.

Monika Mishra suggests the students to be creative and should engage in putting their thoughts forward because it is healthy to generate new thoughts.
