Advice (tips) to the students while participating in Change the Game Challenge

Davis Jose stated that students should look at CTG as an opportunity to become a part of the bigger PepsiCo family. By participating in the challenge the students also get to know about the work ethics and values of the company which in-turn gives them a clarity to decide if their ideas fit in well. This will ensure more focus and dedication on their part.

Monika Mishra stated that students should participate in such competitions because they will get an opportunity to interact with new people during the course of the competition and will be able to explore new things. She advised the students to be unique and simplistic.
