Continuing with the journey of the previous year Hero MotoCorp has come up with yet another season of Hero Campus Challenge (HCC) this year. Each organisation needs to confront numerous difficulties on the course of their business and season 2 of HCC was propelled to discover appropriate solutions for these everyday difficulties.

The Hero Campus Challenge Season 2 in 2016 was bigger! Attracting interest from 14 premier B schools. Aspirants from these schools formed 3-member teams to register for the contest. HCC season 2 witnessed registering of 533 teams and engaging 1600 students who wanted to be a part of this intellectual and managerial duel.

HCC season had many rounds which culminated in the grand finale. Hero received a whopping number of 126 paper submissions by 378 students. After thorough scrutiny and going through various eliminating rounds, only top 12 teams secured their entry to the Grand Finale round.

These 12 teams were flown to Delhi for the grand finale where they interfaced with the distinguished members of the Senior Leadership team at Hero MotoCorp Ltd.

Hero Campus Challenge was held on 8th November in Delhi. The 12 final teams presented their research work to a distinguished panel consisting of some of the senior leadership members of the company.

After five intense hours of presentations followed by Q&A round by the Jury, only 4 teams secured the winning positions.

Team The Journey of IIM Bangalore performed the best and claimed the crown, whereas Team Zero Se Hero of MDI Gurgaon was declared as the 1st Runners-up and Team Crystal Ball of XLRI Jamshedpur and Team Dangerous Divas of IIM Indore secured the 2nd Runners-up position of Hero Campus Challenge 2016 Season 2.

The winning team was awarded a cash prize of INR 2,50,000 and the first runners-up received a prize money of INR 1, 25,000 and INR 75,000 was awarded to both the 2nd runners-up respectively.
