AICTE rolls out 5000 blockchain developer internships (that can be converted into full-time job roles!)

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is inviting applications for 5000 blockchain developer trainee virtual internships that are available at Data Solutions Private Limited. Not to forget to mention, AICTE recently launched 6.1 lakh internship opportunities on its website on Internship Day on August 25!

The trainees will be responsible for implementing, designing, and supporting blockchain-based networks. Besides this, the interns shall also be writing smart contracts, analyzing requirements, and exposing APIs for integration.

There's so much in store for the applicants at AICTE. The candidates will get work experience on real-world projects and obtain an in-house certification program. Not only this, there are performance-driven bonuses and awards as well. Furthermore, interns will be given an opportunity to convert their internship into full-time jobs if their performance is found satisfactory.

Who can apply?

The students that are in the second or third year of engineering can apply. If the candidates are interested in distributed blockchain-based networks and are available for two months, they must apply for this opportunity. Applicants should be proficient with Python, Go, Solidity, or JavaScript and have the relevant skills that are required to get selected. Familiarity with cryptography and strong knowledge of data structures or common algorithms can be a plus.

What are the responsibilities?

Those selected for the blockchain developer trainee virtual internships will have to take care of a lot of things during their tenure with the company. 

The interns shall be involved in the global blockchain community. It means that they will work on implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals. Candidates will also have to research, design, develop, and test blockchain smart contracts.

Along with this, they will also be responsible for maintaining and extending the current client and server-side applications responsible for integration and business logic.

Interns will document new solutions as well as maintain the existing ones. Brainstorming and helping evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they continually evolve will also be one of the responsibilities of the selected candidates.
