Amazon is now inviting applications from experienced FinOps Analyst, AP, Finance & Accounting for the Hyderabad section. As an employee at Amazon, you will be required to ensure a smooth payee experience and enhance the existing situation. A successful candidate will also be a member of the Global Finance Operations and responsible for payee experience and dispute management.

Amazon Recruitment 2022: Responsibilities

• Analyse key payee trends and derive required facilities from the analyzed trends.
• Facilitate the development of solid business relationships, mutual trust, and conflict resolution by acting as a trustworthy point of contact for payee experience.
• Identifying root causes for concerns within the supply chain or in the internal Amazon system. Also, taking the lead initiative in fixing these issues and suggesting better alternatives.
• Conduct reviews and identify vendor sites that are likely to become a delivery hold situation and efficiently work on their account balances. This can be used to create a payee health scorecard.
• Analyzing metrics relating to operational performance and effectively presenting data to vendors and internal teams.
• Address account-related inquiries from payee and ensure vendors are well-versed in Amazon tools.
• Be able to quickly identify probable causes of failures or discrepancies and solve them accurately.
• Interact with the retail and finance teams while working on the same payee account and make critical decisions.
• Work on invoice modification requests.
• Work on invoice ingestion failures.

Eligibility for Amazon Recruitment 

Interested candidates should 

• Be postgraduate in finance, management, international relations, sales, or diplomacy.
• Have the ability to adapt to a faced-paced and constantly evolving workspace.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be able to present the complex analysis/data precisely.
• Have detail-oriented and big-picture-oriented analytical skills.
• Have advanced knowledge in SQL and Excel.

Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable is an added bonus.
