Being the oldest B-school in the country, XLRI has shaped the careers of many present leaders while continuing to hone the skills of the students for the future. Flagship events Ensemble and Valhalla

XLRI has organized two flagship festivals Ensemble and Valhalla over the years which have seen massive participation from B-schools all across the country with the merger of the same in 2017 edition creating Ensemble Valhalla, a one-stop platform for Management, Sports and Cultural events.

A mix of business sense, logic and cultural extravaganza

While Ensemble celebrates business sense and logic, Valhalla promises to be a cultural extravaganza that salutes sportsmanship, creativity, and passion. Through the various events and festivities, Ensemble-Valhalla hopes to transcend a great leader to even greater heights!

Status Quo Break Free

This year’s theme - Status Quo Break Free encourages us to break free from the ordinary and become a better version of oneself which would in turn lead to a better version of society, better version of our country and soon a better version of the world. It’s natural for people to want to grow and learn however often the external factors prevent us from breaking the Status Quo.

The Next-Gen Leader

This year Ensemble Valhalla wants to help you to break free. Our flagship event “The Next-Gen Leader” would test how you as a leader would challenge the status quo by putting the young B-schooler in the management arena to give his best.

Circus Maximus

Some of the biggest game changers come from the marketing arena. Even “Circus Maximus” is all about moving away from the existing methods. Do you have what it takes to survive the insanity of unpredictable consumers and markets, then we are here waiting for you!

Move over Rangoli Competitions, HR managers are known to be breaking the glass ceiling in organizations now a days. “War Of Wits” is in search of that HR manager who is strong. Our event Strategikon is the epic battle where the best are pitted against each other. Who will craft the ultimate genius game-plan. A playing field to test the cunning of the champion strategists.

Our events go beyond the business challenges and go straight into the playing field as well. Over the years delegations from B Schools across the countries take part to prove their mettle. What’s a festival without its cultural and creative wing? Ensemble-Valhalla 2019 brings with it music, dance, drama and fashion to the fest. Where the arena will not only exist for the portrayal of talent and passion, but also serve as a hub for being a part of the captivating atmosphere.

Pro-Shows

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Over the years we’ve seen the likes of Amit Trivedi, Vipul Goyal, Biswa Kalyan, The Local Train making us dance to their tunes and laughing out in stitches! Our Pro-Shows have always kept us entertained after a long tiring day of displaying our talents.
