Instabase is looking forward to recruiting students as full-time employees & interns via their hiring challenge, Encipher, from the class of 2022 & 2023 at a package of INR 46 Lakhs+ and a stipend of INR 1.6 Lakhs per month respectively.

The winner, first runner-up, and second runner-up will receive a cash reward of INR 2,00,000, INR 1,00,000, and INR 50,000 respectively.

The top 30 candidates will be offered a PPI opportunity with Instabase for a Software Engineering role as a full-time employee/intern.

Who can apply?

The eligibility criteria for participating in the hackathon are as follows:

Encipher by Instabase is open to all the girl coders (only). The interested candidates must be in their pre-final or final year of B.Tech/IDD course in software & circuit branches.
Any girl coder with a work experience of 0-1 year and engineering background (from any of the IITs) can also participate.
The minimum CGPA/percentage of the registrants should be 7/70% throughout 10th,12th, and engineering.

Along with the CTC, the final recruits will be given ESOPS worth INR 15 Lakhs and the following insurance:

Life Insurance worth twice the CTC, and,
Carrot, a fertility and family planning benefit program
