Accenture is looking for candidates for the post of Team Lead/Consultant for their Bengaluru branch. An ideal candidate should be a B.Com., CA, Accountant, MBA graduate with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.

For its Bengaluru branch, Accenture is inviting applications for the post of Team Lead/Consultant. 

Roles and responsibilities of Team Lead/Consultant at Accenture

The role entails the following roles and responsibilities:

• Analyzing and solving moderately complex problems 
• Creating new solutions, leveraging, and where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• Interacting with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
• Being an individual contributor and/or overseeing a small work effort and/or team
• Understanding the strategic direction set by senior management, clearly communicating team goals, deliverables, and keeping the team updated on change
• Making big decisions that will often impact the team
• Having primary upward interactions with the direct supervisor
• Acquiring guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Qualifications required

Applicants should have:

• Pursued any one of the listed formal education – BCom/CA Inter/Chartered Accountant/Cost And Works Accountant/Master of Business Administration
• A fine understanding of the Finance Processes and Operations– Finance Strategy.
• A relevant work experience of ideally 7-11 years
• Excellent problem-solving skills 
• Strong analytical skills
• An awareness of Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Planning and Analysis
