According to the official notification, freshers with passout year as 2021 are also eligible for the Deloitte recruitment. It is an entry-level position where the minimum experience level has been set at 0 to 2 years.

• Must possess proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as C.
• Must possess basic experience in development of web applications by using ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery.
• Must possess experience in front-end technologies such as Angular 4 or above/ ReactJs.
• Must possess knowledge of basic principles of fundamentals of Computer Science such as object-oriented design, algorithm design and data structures.
• Must possess knowledge on basic design principles, including IX and UI design, scalability, prototypes etc.
• Must be eager to learn.
• Must possess good communication skills and the ability to work in teams.

Deloitte Careers 2022: Minimum Qualifications 

• Must be a graduate from one of these degrees - B.Tech (Circuit branches)/ M.Tech (CS/IT)/ MCA with a 60% aggregate or a GPA of 6.5 and above throughout. Candidates must not possess any active backlogs
• Must possess the ability to build networks within the organisation and chart one’s own career 
• Must possess excellent analytical skills along with communication skills (written, verbal or presentation)
• Must know how to collaborate with customers all the while suggesting solutions to solve issues
• Interact with functional Specialists of Subject Matter
• Must be eager to seek information, know how to establish ideas as well as a sound relationship with customers in order to assess future opportunities with clients
• Must possess knowledge of methodologies, know how to define project standards and also know the process improvement
• Must possess the ability to work independently as well as with a team of professional at all levels
• Must possess the ability to prioritise tasks on multiple assignments as well as raise concerns/ questions wherever appropriate
• Must coordinate with customers to build a relation of trust, as well as be eager to seek feedback in order to identify areas of improvement
