Experience of trust during my TAS summer internship -By Sujoy Jain from IIM Bangalore

TATA is built on the bedrock of truth and trust, which inspires everyone associated with it. By fostering such a strong relationship with its employees, the company reaches new heights every day. My summer internship at TAS was a reflection of who I want to be and the steps I need to take to reach my goal. Throughout my journey at TAS, I learnt how it was characterised by openness and inclusivity and was absolutely free of the company politics and blame culture.

A business of trust 

The opportunities that TAS gave me lent a helping hand for me to contribute to the nation-building process. While I underwent the internship at TAS, I met an entire new ME and realised my hidden flairs. This internship sowed the seed of trust and loyalty in my mind and pushed me to be more competent and adept in my talents.

During the entire period of my internship, I took advantage of every opportunity that lay ahead of me, while also honing my skillfulness. TAS has greatly helped me in allowing me to be a part of the TATA legacy and that is the highlight of my internship experience. 

An unmatched virtuosity

TAS opened in front of me a new window, that led to multiple roads of strengths, passion, and imagination. That made my summer worthwhile and unforgettable. While I always heard how TAS was a dream-come-true for most, I realised when I became an integral part of it. My summer internship at TAS was an opportunity of a lifetime, and only a rare few people get to live that dream.

The smooth on-boarding experience in these times of uncertainty, immersive and fun activities to connect with our peers, and the unparalleled support from our TAS team that showcases their highest level of competency and trust, are synonymous with the tenets of TATA.

The past few weeks have been one of the most enriching and adventurous experiences of my life. I am glad I could be a part of such a master-class company!
