E&Y Business Consultant Eligibility Criteria

A bachelor’ degree in the field of Management, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or Finance and other graduation streams or a related discipline
Good communication skills
Available to work at the New Delhi branch of EY India

Additional Requirements

Readiness to travel outside of their assigned office location at least 50% of the time and be located at the client's location on a project basis

E&Y Business Consultant Roles and Responsibilities

Client engagement execution - Ensure excellent delivery following client needs
Consistently seek to surpass customer and team expectations while working on more challenging assignments
Conduct research and write client presentations, memorandums, and thought leadership pieces
Assist with advisory engagements as a team member, delivering high-quality output within agreed-upon timescales
Participate in L&D programmes and demonstrate mastery of the advisory process and consulting characteristics
Stay up to date on business developments and assist team leaders/managers in developing client decks
Work on industry group alignment, sector focus (possess the basic grasp of the industry, trends, issues/challenges, and important players)
Take the initiative and participate in team and corporate social events. Recognize business and industry-related concerns and trends
Pinpointing areas in the client's business processes that need improvement to prepare the requisite recommendations
