18% increase in average package for women | FMS Delhi Placement Report 2019
There was a dip in the highest salary but each of the participating students was placed, taking the FMS Delhi placement rate to 100%.
The FMS Delhi placement process was divided into 2 parts- the lateral and the final placement process. Students with work ex of more than 18 months prior to their MBA participated in the lateral process.
- The highest salary went down from INR 54 LPA last year to INR 48 LPA this year.
- Average salary went up from INR 21.2 LPA in 2018 to INR 23.20 LPA this year.
- The average package for women students hiked to INR 25.10 LPA from INR 22.60 LPA last year, spelling an 18% increase.
- The top 100 students of FMS received offers with a package of INR 27 lakhs.
- 68% of students received offers with a package > INR 20 LPA.

More or less, numbers have remained consistent for FMS. Out of the 129 who confirmed participation in the FMS placement process, only 68 were allowed to make offers- quite a dive from last year’s 83.
