L'Oréal gave us an exciting opportunity to attend the event virtually this year and left us awestruck with the setup they had for all its attendees. So here I am sharing my thrilling experience at L'Oréal On Campus - Online and On-Point!

Undeniably, the entire student community was a bundle of nerves with the onset of the pandemic. No one had the slightest of an idea what will happen, how classes and internships will be conducted, will there be any competitions and all other possible apprehensions. With the new normal and online mode of working, I waited with bated breath for the B-School competitions this year! 

I was certainly looking forward to what L'Oréal On Campus had to offer especially after the COVID crisis, and I can doggedly say that it was on point! The entire day kept us engaged with exciting activities, workshops, talks, and Q&A sessions. 

A day well-spent!

The virtual talk by the APAC head during L'Oréal On Campus - Online and On-Point! gave us an in-depth analysis of how the beauty market has tackled the challenges, how it is poised for the post-COVID period, and what the future has in store for the sector. L'Oréal is a luxury brand in the cosmetic industry and has made a mark in India with the launch of its Luxe brand.

The tagline for L'Oréal has always fascinated me and made me think about how the brand would’ve conceived it. The talks conveyed the message behind their brand name, their ideology, what makes them the number 1 BeautyTech company, how they lay emphasis on its target market, and most importantly how they want to tell women that they are worth it! I was amazed that how the brand values and the way L'Oréal conducts its business activities with a very customer-centric approach and strives for innovation in its products has hit the mark.

I’m assured of the fact that my peers from NMIMS Mumbai certainly had an insightful and interactive session with all panelists, along with key takeaways of how to progress their career in such turbulent times.
