Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE), a Government of India undertaking, under the Ministry of Defence, is inviting applications for their one-year-long internship opportunity for HR Trainees against four vacancies. The candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are requested to apply soon.

GRSE was founded in 1884 as a small workshop to repair vessels of River Stream Navigation Company and was later acquired by the Government of India in 1960. Presently, GRSE is a Mini Ratna Category 1 company that has so far delivered more than 100 warships to the Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard, Mauritius Coast Guard, and Seychelles Coast Guard. It is the only shipyard to achieve this Centennial Mark.

GRSE Recruitment 2022: Eligibility and other details

Number of vacancies	Total: 4; 1 vacancy is reserved for OBC-NCL candidates.
Educational qualification	Full-Time graduate. 60 % marks (55% for SC/ ST/OBC/PH candidates) in MBA / PG Degree/ PG Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management / Human Resource Development / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Work / Labour Welfare.
Duration of internship	12 months
Stipend	INR 15,000 PM
Location	Kolkata-based Units of GRSE
Age Limit	Maximum 26 years of age as on 1st September 2022
Age Relaxation	5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC-NCL; 10 years for PH
Selection Criteria	The candidates will be selected on the basis of the overall marks scored in the essential educational qualification examination. The shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an interview based on which the final selection shall be made.

All candidates have to submit the online application on the GRSE website.
Before starting the online registration process, the candidates are advised to keep ready a valid e-mail id, mobile number, and scanned copy of their photograph.
Candidates must make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria for this recruitment.
After filling out the Online Application form, the candidate must take the printout of the auto-generated Application Format and put their signature at designated places.
It is advised that the candidates should keep a printed copy of the Application, although it is not required to be sent to GRSE.
