• As a senior executive with HCL, the selected candidate will have to act as a mediator between the employee & the organization. They will also be responsibly addressing the concerns and grievances regarding HR policies & processes.
• Take decisions regarding proactive retention strategies, exit management, and employee communication.
• Reporting the achievement of business results in accordance with the short & long-term business plans of HCL. 
• Interacting with Business Managers to understand the business need and status updates. 
• Perform MIS and Data Management when internal and external reviews take place.
• Plan & manage external vendors who can source the right candidates from the market who can fulfill the profile requirements of the business
• Provide feedback on the quality of the candidates sourced through the channel and source candidates in accordance with the resources as per the resource requirements of SDU.
