How to apply for HEC Apprentice Training 2022?

Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd (HEC) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the one-year Apprentice Training Program (2022-23) at HEC Training Institute, Ranchi. Established in 1958, HEC is one of the leading suppliers of capital equipment in India for steel, mining, railways, power, defense, space research, etc. HEC Limited is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Heavy Industries. The paid training program is open for engineering as well as non-engineering graduates as well as diploma holders.

HEC Apprentice Training 2022: Details

The said 74 vacancies are divided amongst Graduate and Diploma apprentices. The details of the vacancies and eligibility criteria is as follows:

Engineering Graduates

Civil Engineering	10	A degree from a recognized University/Institute in the respective Branch / Discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved positions.
Computer Science / Information Technology	10
Electrical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering	10
Mechanical / Production Engineering	10
Non-Engineering Graduates
Secretarial Practice & Accounts / Office Management & Secretarial Practice	10	Graduate from a recognized University/Institute in any subject other than Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved positions.

Civil Engineering	04	A diploma from a recognized University/Institute in the respective Branch / Discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved positions.

Note: Candidates with qualifications acquired through Distance Learning / Part Time / Correspondence Mode are not eligible.

The age of the candidates should be between 18 to 30 years. There is age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL candidates. The Graduate and Diploma apprentices shall be paid INR 9000 and INR 8000.00 per month respectively. No HRA or Company accommodation shall be provided.

How to apply for HEC Apprentice Training 2022?

Candidates can apply only through offline mode. The application form is to be sent along with the required documents through speed post /registered post /courier only. Hand delivery is not allowed.
